As an amateur game designer, this is bad with what you can do using the given tools and assets. Even by ps2 era standards, there's no animations and lighting clips through buildings. If that's the official demo, then i can only expect worse from the actual product. I guess it can only go up from here since this is rock bottom
If anyone thinks this "Is amazing" or "Looks fantastic" they should get their eyes washed with Sodium Hydroxide because this is BELLOW PS2 era graphics...
My high school had an extremely basic animation software called Alice that was better than this. That was over 10 years ago. Just more proof the 'metaverse' is never happening (or at least VeVe ain't making it).
Let’s be honest, people, how can someone be excited after watching this crap? If I had seen this video 2 years ago, I would not have spent a single dime on Veve.
Oh dear lord why does this have so much licensed property and why aren't the IP holders trying to make this go away? My god this is the worst thing I have ever seen by far. This is a joke right? DC isn't allowing this to happen with their IP are they? Wow this is truly awful 🤣🤣🤣🤣
TH-cam algorithm got me here. I haven't really been following VeVeVerse, but I've been checking out different metaverses, as I'm kind of interested in seeing where the concept goes. But I'm a bit lost with this video - I think I'm just missing some context. What does this demo actually show? Is this basically a concept of what some random user could build inside VeVeVerse? Are all the shown assets free to use, or do you need to own an NFT for each asset (building, car, character...), or do you need to buy them in some other way? If a user would build this sort of a "room", could other people then join this area and check it out? Is there any way for a users to interact with any of the assets after building the "room", or is it just for viewing? Basically is the plan to have this "playable" in some way, or is it just for 3d art? Basically: help me understand what's actually being shown here, and why are some people hyped about this. It's clearly splitting opinions down here in the comments. :D
@@Web3Vision videos like that are not worth it! It's better to stay on static statues! We've been waiting for a video for months and we have this 2005 quality shit!!!

@@cryptosforaveragejoe99I agree it’s exceptionally creative. But if this IS what we as veve users will be expecting to use…it looks very manual and not much utility. Yep apologies on that, I don't know why it happened. I think it has to be either the TH-cam Premier feature, Zoom resolution sync, or a combination of both. But this version looks a lot better now!
