I absolutely love this man. He just gets it.

The lighting in many of my lucid dreams had been dim. I then read in Robert's book that all I had to do was tell the dream to make it lighter. It worked. Asking dream figures what they represent is also something I've done since reading his book.

I appreciate this interview. Robert is a Great in my mind. I'm so thankful for him. He asked questions and thought of concepts before there was any "proof" of lucid dreaming at a young age. Not many humans like him, he's defiantly one of the important teachers in this generation. He claims he's not a philosopher but I beg to differ. I would love to read his dream journals. Sweet dreams guys :-)

Great interview. Especially because the interviewer had all the right questions and did not speak too much and instead let the interviewee speak. Great interviewer

Could anyone tell me where I find the music from the beginning of this show?

I don't understand why lucid dreaming is associated with an out of body experience. They are so different. I don't even really know if an OBE is even real. I certainly cannot do it. Lucid dreams however are amazing.

That's an age old debate... My personal view is that they are the same state only separated by the entry point

This is also my experience. You travel the dimensions in both, but in Lucid dreams you are teached something by a higher for of energy (just like RW talks about here)and in OBEs you can not change the physical environment and you basically travel around without any guiding

When he talks about the dream where the woman draws him up into the night sky, and then sends him back into a dream by guiding him, in my experience this is a Lucid dream and an OBE at the same time. So I believe that if you are dreaming weird things you are often in 4th dimension, while a past life Lucid dream is in 7th dimension and so forth

I am a dish washer, will my so called lucid dreams always be confined to picking up a fork from the floor?
