95% is a bit of a stretch. The reality is over 60% of Israelis seem to agree with what is being done to Gaza right now by the IDF. At the same time we can't really blame them, because many Israelis have been fed lies and propaganda about the Palestinians since they were young. This has to be my favourite video of yours, the content was fascinating. As an English secular Jew who travels to Israel to see family regularly, I finally managed to make it to Palestine at the end of 2021. I visited Ramallah, Bethlehem and Jericho but have an appetite to visit more places, especially Nablus. I am a bit more of a 'conservative' traveller than you so not sure I would go on my own. I’m Catholic and Canadian… I truly don’t know much about the geopolitics and history but I pray that both sides can live together in peace. I hope the hostages are released, the bombings in Palestine stop and we can see humanity instead of evil.
Then I urge you now, being myself an educated, well-read (I thought) citizen of the most warmongering, colonialist power in the world, to learn about the geopolitics and history of Palestine up to the present moment in as short a time as you can, as I have deemed it almost imperative for my part to learn as much as I could in 47 days. Right now I’m listening to an excellent 18 part podcast series by a doctor of Palestinian history starting at the original populating of Palestine to the present year. So far it’s fascinating and eye-opening, but I’m not listening to get the history that’s necessary to form a clear view of the problem, that I was able to do quite rapidly just reading widely but critically for about a week. Now I’m filling in and fleshing out what I’ve learned.
Thank you.. Palestinian leaders have refused every single offer of statehood and Two-State Solution, explicitly because they oppose the existence of a Jewish state no matter what. They claim that 7 million Jewish Israelis in Israel proper, who were born there and have lived there for generations, are "an illegal occupation of 75 years" ---- and that this warrants brutal murders and endless war. And they convinced the social justice movement that this all makes sense So yes, it is a bit complicated. There is a well-funded force excessively demonizing Israel in the media to the point of being dishonest and manipulative. Iran, Qatar, and Russia are literally funding and working with Hamas.
Thank you for giving Palestinians a platform, asking important questions and allowing them a chance to show the world what kind of beautiful people they are. You are making a difference.

This was more by what I meant by the statement.
Yes we can agree the core of the issue is corrupted (by zionist money) governments. What’s absolutely scary though is how much support your Dictator has from the Israeli public.
I totally feel the anger of the Barbers. Even you describing the circumnavigation required to get from one place to another, thanks for doing what you do. 🤘

Man it’s so mind blowing that so many of them speak perfect Hebrew The guys at the barber shop I would never know they’re aren’t Israeli They look and sound Israeli We’re so nice and real with him. Gave him coffee Then he got a free ride and energy drink The other guy invited him into the mosque How come they never show these kind of interactions in tbe news ?
Just have to say that if you rely on the news you are sunk for every issue, not just this one. All the media is paid and beholden to the highest bidder and none of it is to tell unbiased information. Best to ignore it and look on line at various channels. Takes more time but it’s not wasted time like watching or listening to the legacy media.
Hey man, I’m a Mexican Israeli that just found your channel and I wanted to ask why was that man in Jenin in the beginning speaking Spanish?? I didn’t expect that at all and I find it very intriguing. Your Spanish is great too! Where or how did you learn it? Cheers man keep up the good work! ❤️
Because he told them that he is Argentinian for his and their safety. The father of that family lived and worked somewhere in Latin America before so he can speak Spanish.
Also, your Israel & Palestine videos (particularly the Palestine ones) are important as they shed light on the happenings taking place and the subsequent atmosphere there. I must say, the Palestinians don't have it easy.
im also half iraqi like you , ive noticed that some iraqi people is really good in languages . great video , great stuff , i love my country israel so much , and respect the Palestinian civilians who wants to live in peace amoung us . inshallah well have peace one day .
i am from tunisia north africa, i watch your videos, you are brave and real not fake, i respect you, i hope arab and jews can befriend each other and visit one another countries, most arabs in the world like to visit israel/palestine and meet israelis but they are afraid of their government consequence on return
another great video - and, as an outsider ( a Welsh-speaking Welshman) it's so interesting to see the language dynamics and socio-linguistic side - this is the kind of thing which can change, and, maybe in 20 years time there's a different language dynamic and this video, and the other ones you make will be important documents of people speaking Hebrew or no Hebrew or you speaking some Arabic etc. It's like filming Beh-Yehuda when he was speaking Hebrew to people in the late C19th and seeing the language mosaic of Israel-Palestine at the time, or how it was in other periods. I'm sure speaking Hebrew in the park in Nablus was a bit nervy - all respect to you and the Arab man. Would be interested to know if the Arabs watch Israeli Arab tv and Israeli Hebrew and listen to Hebrew music - I understand the excellent 'Fauda' series was popular in Arab countries as much as in Israel and abroad. Would also be interesting to know how the Arab men learnt Hebrew - I'm assuming there are no lessons in Hebrew in PA schools, so, just pick it up, naturally, and how easy is it for them as Arabic speakers to learn Hebrew?
No more than a Jew getting in trouble for being nice to a Palestinian... have you seen Israeli mobs burning Palestinian fields and homes? you guys are so brain-washed
@dougbarker2227 It’s easy and convenient for you to speak of the entire area of Palestine the same way one would speak about tribal Taliban areas during the U.S. war in Afghanistan. Are you a resident, traveler, volunteer, or someone thousands of miles away who feels informed and that’s good enough to affect the entire vernacular being used? I’ve been two out of the three of those, your language, while containing portions of truth, is inappropriate.
@dougbarker2227 Sure, whatever you want. Let me know when you’re grown enough to address anything I ask instead of retorting with a question of your own because you haven’t figured out that I’ve got you figured out because I’ve been doing this for a minute.
I never thought I’d miss waiting anxiously for the shared taxi/sherut to fill up but here we are 😂 💀 In Bethlehem someone from Ramallah will claim they have the best knafeh. Then you go to Ramallah and there will be someone from Nablus claiming they are the ones with the best knafeh. Pluse we have Left & right leaning News channels. So you have 2 sides to the story and both of them are racist an vulgar. after almost a month of watching horrible images on social media, I feel like this video is like a comfortable blanket for me. Almost losing faith in humanity now
It could be, but this is not necessarily the case. It looks to me that this young man masters Hebrew better than English after 4 years working in Israel. Therefore, when he has to speak in a foreign language, the words pop up faster in Hebrew than in English and that's why he answered by reflex "ken" instead of "yes".
your courage is amazing, travelling in all those countries and areas as an Israeli is crazy. 2 weeks ago father and his son talked Hebrew in Huwara and got shot. also being in Iraq as an Israeli. don't you fear someone will check your channel and will find out you are originally from Israel? anyway, your videos are amazing.

@@Mmmmyea i will never ever justify the actions of Israel's goverment. I am the biggest critic. Like any conflict though of course people on both sides suffer. I know there is a disproportion to suffering of Palestinians to Jews but still it is people suffering because of corrupt evil goverments, not even ones they necessarily agree with. This was more by what I meant by the statement.
Yes we can agree the core of the issue is corrupted (by zionist money) governments. What’s absolutely scary though is how much support your Dictator has from the Israeli public.

Amazing work. Stay safe Salukie
Thanks, you too!
I totally feel the anger of the Barbers. Even you describing the circumnavigation required to get from one place to another, thanks for doing what you do. 🤘
I am here for healing. We need more people like him, showing unity, that we are the same, human, something normal, regular, peaceful life for each side. Social media and news are really trying to divide us and I feel my heart going to break.
Wow! The moment you meet the siting guy from nabuls, it’s was so amazing that you both guys can u speak same the same thing with a smile!!!!!
God bless you all
Allah mahak
Wow you are an Israeli? With a sort of Aussie, South Africa ish accent. So since Huwara killings, life in Israel and Palestine has been shattered and we are still stunned. So, I am glad to find your channel and will follow you, to hear your mission. All the best from Mitzpe Ramon
That Barber in the gray shirt was leaning his hand on the poor guys head the whole time 😂. he forgot about him
Hope your day is good ☺️🙏 Just popping this channel through,he travels between the 2 country's and gives a really good idea of what goes on. Most people are not against each other, only the powers that be 🙏☺️
Awesome video as usual bro! Every video you post gets better and better! 😁
I’ve seen this video months ago and today this family came to mind. I pray this family is safe. They seem to be good people🙏🏿🙏🏿
Man it’s so mind blowing that so many of them speak perfect Hebrew
The guys at the barber shop I would never know they’re aren’t Israeli
They look and sound Israeli
We’re so nice and real with him. Gave him coffee
Then he got a free ride and energy drink
The other guy invited him into the mosque
How come they never show these kind of interactions in tbe news ?
Just have to say that if you rely on the news you are sunk for every issue, not just this one. All the media is paid and beholden to the highest bidder and none of it is to tell unbiased information. Best to ignore it and look on line at various channels. Takes more time but it’s not wasted time like watching or listening to the legacy media.
are you in the west or israel? ofc the media there will portray us as barbaric animals, sadly

Amazing videos. I love how you are trying to build a bridge for everyone to learn and understand the normal aspects of life.
These palestine family are so good and hospitable
Also, your Israel & Palestine videos (particularly the Palestine ones) are important as they shed light on the happenings taking place and the subsequent atmosphere there. I must say, the Palestinians don't have it easy.
They are screwed from terrorist from home and the army's reaction to them.
Pretty much living in limbo.
Everyone was very hospitable to you in Palestine. People just want to live in peace.👍
Because in the dangerous areas he didnt say hes israeli, every road is different

great video , great stuff , i love my country israel so much , and respect the Palestinian civilians who wants to live in peace amoung us . inshallah well have peace one day .
i am from tunisia north africa, i watch your videos, you are brave and real not fake, i respect you, i hope arab and jews can befriend each other and visit one another countries, most arabs in the world like to visit
israel/palestine and meet israelis but they are afraid of their government consequence on return
I only have one concern, the customer who was getting a hair cut , the man was resting his whole arm on his head for 5 min :)
Wonderful video !! We learn here more than in any documentary film on TV.
The extract at the hair dresser's place is particularly interesting.
another great video - and, as an outsider ( a Welsh-speaking Welshman) it's so interesting to see the language dynamics and socio-linguistic side - this is the kind of thing which can change, and, maybe in 20 years time there's a different language dynamic and this video, and the other ones you make will be important documents of people speaking Hebrew or no Hebrew or you speaking some Arabic etc.
THIS IS GOLD BRO!
I knew that shawarma would be banging right when i saw the bread quality
On God
I AM OBSESSED WITH YOUR VIDEOS ❤️ good job salukie. Thank you for showing the truth
Aye bro I’m trying to learn Hebrew. Any tips also great video bro👍🏽.
Two ancient culture, people deep versatility......Your perspective at videos make me feel good.
I honestly hope the people who were nice to you won’t face any retribution for aiding a Jew.
They won’t 😂 that’s not at all how that works, is it honestly just more edifying to entertain ideas like that?
I don’t think so
No more than a Jew getting in trouble for being nice to a Palestinian... have you seen Israeli mobs burning Palestinian fields and homes? you guys are so brain-washed

In Bethlehem someone from Ramallah will claim they have the best knafeh. Then you go to Ramallah and there will be someone from Nablus claiming they are the ones with the best knafeh. I think they’re right 🤤
Man I’m glad the owner/keeper of that hostel is alright 👍🏻 I hope Ahmed gets to go to Iceland, Iceland is insanely dope. Would like to check out Huwara village one day.
I tried Knafeh in all the cities, best knafeh is in Bethlehem in a shop called Fawanees.

Thanks man!
You never ceased to amaze, your grandchildren will tell stories about you.
Brother you are an angel. Showing the world how kind and loving the Palestinians are. Alot of people are feeling alot of guilt at the moment for not standing up for the Palestinians cause. Unfortunately in the west we have all just woken up in the last 2 weeks to what is going on. Our media is so censored and our governments and media lie so badly. Pluse we have Left & right leaning News channels. So you have 2 sides to the story and both of them are racist an vulgar. The world's hearts and souls have been broken and won't heal until Isreal is made to pay and the Palestinians finally get their freedom. The whole world support you. Those that don't are working for the Devil. 🙏🏽✊🏽🦁🇿🇦🇵🇸
Thank you for the informative insights from 🇿🇦
As an israeli i really dislike the occupation, but i hope both people can be smart enough to think about the future.

I haven't seen anybody there that looked terrifying. So sad that these pictures are not shown on tv ro show that these two people can leave in peace.

man o man you do not know how much i have respect to you brother, any time you in UK let me know .#stay blessed
The fact that the conversation in Hebrew started from the guy he’s talking to shows how easy is for them to spot him even with his foreign accent
0:04 you should speak Arabic more 😄your accent is impressive
haha thank you!
your courage is amazing, travelling in all those countries and areas as an Israeli is crazy. 2 weeks ago father and his son talked Hebrew in Huwara and got shot. also being in Iraq as an Israeli. don't you fear someone will check your channel and will find out you are originally from Israel? anyway, your videos are amazing.
Got shot because speaking hebrew? 😂
You're full of shit and you know it. Arabs are the most welcoming people in the world. You zionists are rude. Lack of education
Don't forget any killing of an Israeli tends to be a reaction to the killing of many on the other side.
He's not Israeli, most likely a LARP
