Hunter Exotic Class Item Relativism - Tether Test

Spirit of Galanor - Hits and final blows with the super will return super energy after it ends.
Spirit of Gyrfalcon - Void weapons gain volatile rounds after emerging from being invisible.
My intellect is at 24 and this piece granted about as much as what Orpheus Rigs would do if not more at that stat.
