@@Tom_The_Cat actual means the CO of a unit. I.E General Shepherd is Warlord Actual in the missions in the suburbs. Oxide is just that RTOs callsign, like Ghost or Soap for Simon and Mactavish, respectively
SoldierBoyShaun J there’s a mod for their outfits I think. But it made this team special since they were only on the end of the storyline and not in multiplayer. They were supposed to be the best private team for shepherd and the fact they’re not in multiplayer makes that part of the story special.

That was forshadowed in the first mission, when Shepherd orders an air strike on a building that is danger close, a soldier nearby says "Since when did Shepherd care about danger close?".
It would’ve been cool to have got a spec ops mission where you play as shadow company. It could’ve been like the mission that takes place after the presidential plane crashes. Imagine being a shadow company guy chasing Prices boat and you fall off the waterfall and just catch a glimpse of Shepard running into the sand storm being chased before you black out. Would’ve been epic.
One of the few things that made modern warfare 2 so damn special was the dialog, the military call radio chatters, overlord, when you played modern warfare 3 it was nothing like this everything just seemed rushed and more about just sounding okay and dramatic instead of authentic and putting heart into it, I don't know that's just my opinion
Modern Warfare 3 was made in rush just to finish the trilogy and to gain money ending a great franchise. I hated it so much because as you said: The didn't put heart into it. Modern Warfare 1 and 2 were like good composed music, it will prevail and age very well, and MW3 was industralized pop music (it's all the same sound).
The moment I found out they wouldn't just be a new faction but we were gonna have an ENTIRE season based off them I freaked. These guys are the fucken best.
I believe big companies love to waste big opportunities and badass characters sometimes. BUT, i think they will add Shadow Company as a playable faction in the Reboot universe of Modern Warfare, with MW 2 (2022) .

Use WinRAR to extract the .iwd files in the main directory. One of them contains level-specific chatter, including the Just Like Old Times Shadow Company Chatter. Another .iwd file contains all 3 different varieties of Shadow Company battlechatter and also the radio chatter you hear throughout the level.
The guy who uploaded it wanted to give a touch of realism, when they called themselves for stand by, and when the patrols were taken out by Price and Soap
Would love to comply, sir. But i deleted the editable file i made long time ago. Maybe when i have time i will extract the files once again and recreate this audio without the music.
