Great video. Just a couple of comments the pictures you are showing in the Cava section are not from Rioja they are from Catalonia which produces 95% of Cava in Spain. La Rioja is an amazing producer of red wine amongst other great products and some Cava. Could you amend the video to reflect that? Many thanks in advance
Cava is weird because it’s one of the only non-contiguous “regions” in the wine world. Cava is great though and one of my favorite producers right now is Castell d’Age Annie Marie Brut Nature. Woman owned and operated while being biodynamic.

French champagne has always been celebrated for its excellence. There is a California champagne by Paul mason inspired by that same French excellence
