    Hi babita ji I have one question I have frozen paneer should follow the same instructions or keep it out in a room temperature please suggest me

      For frozen paneer you will have bring it to room temperature before using it.

    This is absolutely amazing. Replaced the paneer with tofu

      Thank you. Tofu does great with Palak Paneer. I have also used chick peas or potatoes as substitute.

    Metal spoons on metal pans is hard on the ears. How about using silicon covered or wooden tools? I liked learning from you. Thank you.

      Thank you for your feedback. I always use spoons depending upon the cookware. For aluminum and stainless steel cookware I use stainless steel spoons. For non-stick I use wooden or silicon spoons/tools.
