Palak - 350g / 6 small bunch
Hari Mirch - 2
Water - 1 liter boil karne ke lie
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Ice Cube - palak thanda aur blend karne ke lie
Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 10-12 cloves
Pyaaz - 1
Salt - to taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Besan - 2 tsp
Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Malai - 2 tbsp
Water / Milk - 2 katori

Made it for dinner last night, excellent recipe , thank you. You preparation is simple compared to many others. Important thing is you can prep the spinach and put in the fridge and grind it in a couple of day before cooking if you are short of time.
