If he was trying to build more muscle, but he is probably just pushing his core amd back. He just started to do strongman and have been aiming for 500kg deadlift
He is getting full rom on his shoulder blades. It’s kind of like a hybrid shrug that’s mainly targeting the traps and other muscles that move the scapula
Overloading rows will give you gains no matter what. You can burn out on them easy but they will increase your deadlift and strict row. It's good to do both strict and cheat sometimes.

Bro the heaviest rows ive ever seen were by a professional bodybuilder who weighs 300+lbs at 6'3 shredded in my gym and they were 405 😂 315 is insane if you arent on 2-3 grams of gear haha

@@stamatisvragas7720 no, they are 25kg as in powerlifting standard, you wouldn´t find a 52kg plate anywhere + the math doesn´t work, since there are 4 of the red ones (each 25kg), 8 blacks (each 20kg) and 2 greens (each 10kg), that gives you a total of 280kg + the bar is 20kg = 300kg
