You have to find jobs in Canada and apply. Most postdocs are for research and not teaching. You can look in google search and also sites like indeed.com etc.

Hello Sir,
Your suggestions on postdoc research have been of great use! My request is - please consider making an informative video on postdoc fellowship in Israel. Most of the Israel is quite safe (as opposed to the popular news coverage) and there are excellent research institutes like Technion, Weizmann institute and Tel Aviv University. It is a neglected option as far as indian engineering research students are concerned.

Do we need to have IELTS or English language exam

At the level of Banting postdoc, English excellence is necessary unless you are in the French part of Canada where of course French is key. A high score in IELTS is always good. This video may help.
