1 handed jump R2 to R1. You can delay the jump R2 so it can cover rolls inward and to the side. If the opponent buffers a quickstep/bhs they might be able to escape the R1 follow up.

One-handed yes. If you two-hand the halberd it’s not true.

That would probably roll catch pretty well. I don’t usually do int builds. If I’m running off hand estoc I’d do halberd running R1 to catch roll away and estoc L1 to catch roll in or roll to the side.
