Considering no new Pokemon have come recently, why not get rid of your old ones? You could play a game that StraightUpKnives played where you put on an incense in your house and you have to guess what Pokemon is going to spawn, and it's CP. If you get the Pokemon and CP range correct (eg. Ponyta, CP445-545) then you get to choose a Pokemon you are not allowed to transfer, but if you get the Pokemon wrong but CP right you don't have to do anything. But if you get Pokemon and CP range wrong you roll a dice and whatever number you get is the number Pokemon you transfer. And after each Pokemon that spawns you add another dice in. Sorry this explanation is so long, it's really not that complicated and if you don't really get it, then I recommend StraightUpKnives' video.

AH! Also... you'll be going to London soon, so you'll have lots of new stuff for the channel, but I think you should visit Camden Town in London. It's quite an interesting place. You'll probably have plenty to do to and see while visiting London, but if you have time, it's worth going there, as far as I remember it haha
The only place I can think you could go with the LA Zoo that takes away from the beach cities and I'm not sure if you're up to that but have fun on your trip
