Just a quick tip to all trainers that are heavily into Training up Gyms. If there is an Electabuzz nest near you, catch as many as you can and keep the ones that have Thunder shock - Thunder. They are very useful for training up gyms as there as usually Vaporeons and Gyaradoses in gyms which they are super effective against. Cp around 1000+ is usually the golden number you want.
MYSTIC check your location settings. Make sure it's on high accuracy and turn on the Bluetooth/Internet connectivity location aid. Also just checking in on Google Maps can sometimes remedy the issue. Hopefully it works, that looks incredibly frustrating.

I was having the same GPS problem, on my android, I found that if I turn off and then turn back on my GPS, while in game the duration of me playing I wouldn't have issues with GPS.
