During Wild Area 2024, I was focusing on raiding Origin Dialga since I needed a Roar of Time one, got the Dialga in 3 raids, did more raids to stack up on Dialga candies and eventually made it my goal to get Shiny Origin Dialga, and so I did... and since legendaries are a permaboosted 1/20... I didn't get the Dialga in 19 raids. I was about to take the L... then a final one came in, and so me and my friends defeated it, me expecting nothing of course since the previous 19 didn't give me the shiny... but somehow, on exactly the 20th Origin Dialga raid, I got the shiny, and it even had Roar of Time. I even did a few Origin Palkia, somehow got the shiny quickly... and then I FAILED IT from the game freezing, making me think I was still in the screenshot I took of it...
The special move chances were basically 1/3 or something super high during the weekend, while the rest of the week it was a lower 1/10. That plus the Safari balls and special backgrounds made my decision to not grind Origins during the week pretty easy
Tbh, your such an amazing guy, rlly, continue the amazing work and its just amazing how you make your videos so funny & interesting. I think I can speak for the viewers that from the bottom of our hearts you are an amazing content creator, and we greatly appreciate what you do!!! ❤❤❤
did about 50 between dialga and palkia, got 0 shinies and 0 hundos (though i already had a shundo palkia and hundo dialga so the candies was all I really cared about).
I don’t think you realised but you caught Two Shiny Dialga, with the wild event catch card AND both had Roar of time. Roar of time you can’t elite TM to get and there’s like a 10-20% chance to catching Dialga with that move. So to catch a shiny with that move is super rare. I got a shundo but unfortunately it didn’t have roar of time 😢
I also did this. 88 palkia and 73 dialga raids. So 161 total for these two. 9 shiny palkias, 2 with spacial rend. Best 2 were 96%, but no spacial rend. The best one with spacial rend was only 80ish%. 2 shiny dialgas. But the best one was a non shiny with roar of time that was 94%. RNG hates me. I just wanted a good palkia. I would have been happy with 94% no joke. As someone who raids a lot, the odds felt especially low for these two.
It pisses me off that I'm almost level 30 and no one wants to help me do raids. Because oddly enough I live in Montreal like on Rue Masson and there are a lot of people who play games but they pretend they're not playing 😅😡
Try remote raid through campfire or pokie genie. Campfire meet-ups are also great because well attended ones can have 20 people per raid (at least in my community)

lol wow people calling for raids at 7am.. for my location you do not see anyone in game raiding till the afternoon.. the amount of times i have sat in raids waiting to see if anyone will be online.. i hate living in rural areas i managed to do 3 raids with dialga during the event. got one with the skill.. got another basic one.. and the 3rd one i ran out of balls. ahh well.. and got one of the other but with no skill.. so only got 4 raids during the event.. but that is good for my area in the horrid wet weather we have..
