Today, I'm (Trevor James, The Food Ranger) surviving for 500 hours in Sichuan, eating spicy food just for you! I'm bringing you in for a massive Chinese street food tour of Sichuan and Xi'an. We're going in DEEP for spicy Sichuan food all around Chengdu, visiting a hot pot factory, and then going up to Xi'an for hand-pulled noodles! It's amazing to taste all this Chinese food. Actually, I think the food in China is some of the best street food in the world.

Where spice levels are like a secret language, and every bite feels like a flavor explosion that your taste buds weren't prepared for! China has been my personal goal not just because of its amusing landscape but also because of their food. Hoping one of these days, my travel dart would land in this place!

China was my number one place until i had a pet that i refuse to travel without which makes everything more difficult. North, west, northwest, etc (in china they have north northwest, east northwest, just take them all) but north(ish) and west china has the best food and culture in the whole world !
I have been and I am a foodie as well, I loved it. I am going to Sichuan this year, I can't wait to hit the streets. Really suggest you to go if you love the food as it is something entirely different from the western adaptation of Chinese food.

Thanks, you motivated me again to look for all the necessary ingredients in Germany, so I can cook and try as many Shizuan foods as possible :P Unfortunately here are not so many authentic restaurants to enjoy, but with proper ingredients, recipes and experience we can get quite close :)

i remember wtching your earlier series of this, i bought a bag of sichuan pepper corns and i would put it into my spicy ramen, i only need a tiny bit as it definetly is a different type of heat and it numbs the sides of your tounge lol. it is definetely its own thing.
These Chefs did an amazing job cooking and presenting their food. I only wished they identified the cuts of steaks, since they were custom cut. Great job guys!!😂😊🥩💖
