I’m so crazy about different kinds of noodles. “Dry noodles”, “noodles with soup”, sliced noodles, sesame paste noodles, noodles with soybean paste, noodles with gravy, ramen noodles, fired noodles, cold noodles and so on. Stop it! My mouth is watering!

I had a stopover in Chongqing in November of 2019, great and very friendly people. Met a native of this beautiful city on my way from Guangzhou and was willing to take me into the city since layover was 14hrs, it was a very rainy day and I missed this opportunity, ended up staying in the hotel in the airport. Can’t wait to go back. I have my new Chongqing friend and ready to take me to eat in Chongqing. Thanks for sharing Trevor will note these places.

Trevor you need to open a chain of restaurants highlighting a dish from each region you have visited that isn’t your typical Chinese food. It would be a major hit. Super authentic, super regional, and off the beaten path.
