If only Tony could do a lot more to prevent them from doing anything to Leon, but even he knew he couldn't do much as he's worked with them in the past and knows that it was all going to go downhill. Honestly wished it ended well with Leon, with him managing to take them all down & live at the end with Maltitida. Like, it literally was expect the unexpected, especially the ending where you think he manages to get away after disguising himself as one of them, with a flash of light popping up as he's walking towards the exit, but even he got a hint that he was going to be taken down, hence why he had the pin pulled and said this is for Maltitida where he could finally achieve peace, and the life he always wanted without having to worry about always cleaning, and the dark side it always had on him. A scene that starts the downfall of where the film gets sadder as well as more heartfelt, slowly leading towards the end. Its where there build up starts to come to an end as well, slowly dwindling down. Like Jean Reno really nailed his role, he's literally so underrated. One of the most underrated actors of all time, an actor that honestly deserves to be considered one of the greatest actors of all time, especially with his amazing performance in Leon which was just so heartfelt, intense, emotional and really lives up to it. Like its literally so touching, especially the duo they've been, and how much they've learned from each other, had an impact on each other, taught each other, and how they finally both got what they wanted at the end with of course, Leon still being alive, didn't happen, but Leon got what he wanted and that was justice, payback, redemption, peace and to do something right instead of the dark cleaning path that led towards him. Even with Tony you can just see how much he cared for Leon through his facial expression as he gets depressed, serious and knows its not going to end well for him. Like if only he put on his disguise first so that they wouldn't know who it was, get any clues, or a hint of him to later on go to Tony about which perhaps could've saved him, them and both of them especially with her not succeeding in getting revenge herself. Like the fact that he rushes in, with pure emotion, without thinking or anything, just pure heart, shows how much he cared for her & how much she meant to him, saving her from them, seeing her jump to him as well as him hugging her, like there facial expressions were so heartfelt, like both of them, especially the sigh of relief they both gave, joy & much more. Both of them just being speechless, and just letting there emotions speak for how much they both cared for each other, and how they were both glad to see each other. Like if only she was able to pull it off for Leon to live on with her towards the end of the film even though if she waited, and followed along to what Leon said, all of them would've been taken out already which he was already doing. Like when Leon told her to stay at the apartment they were in when she asked where he was going since this mission was to much for her, as he was going out of his way to get her killers & avenge her family, and how he explained to her, if she were to do it, she would have to sleep with one of her eyes open at all times since there's no peace onwards after that, as well as how he struggles with life already from the very first time he's had to clean, and all his life he's been doing this & how much he cares for her, feels for her, and much more because now he has something to loose for, care for & etc - without his life always being meaningless like he said, as well as dark, she was the light. Like what a film, with honestly so much to say. A film with such strong emotions that it moves you, it changes you, it touches your heart so much, and really gives you so many meanings about life and how its seen as well. Especially with the duo they were, the bond they had, and the build-up they had on each other. The motivation, meanings to one anothers life. One of the greatest movies of all time. Truly legendary, iconic, emotionally intense, heartfelt, and much more with soundtracks that are honestly so heartfelt as if it just pierces your heart, like it touches you so much. A film that is unforgettable, and will always have a special place in my heart. It honestly just means so much. Never forgotten, and always remembered. One of my favorite films, and one that is better felt, than explained with so much to keep on saying. Truly endless.
Tony in this scene don't have reaction to make something about the situations, the boys in front of bad guys in the middle of a birthday, kids seeing very cruel people, the deep life of Tony(Leader of Little Italy) in the front of the kids is a very smart contrast, for me is like when the wife of Walter knows about your deep life in Breaking Bad. And the other situation is Leon, your hitman, in a issue with the DEA, the death in your front.
Stansfield: I'm dying to meet him.
Me: Oh the irony!
I thought that !

Even Tony knew, he couldn't do anything to save Leon here, wish he did better for him,
He was screed - it was his , and probably even the small children’s don’t forget , lives at stake. Stansfield wouldn’t care 😳
