  • Lactose is a carbohydrate that’s present in milk and other dairy products. Lactose intolerance can cause digestive problems, with symptoms usually appearing 30 minutes to two hours after eating or drinking foods that contain lactose. There’s no cure for lactose intolerance, as there’s no way of increasing the body’s production of lactase, but there are ways to manage it.     "You can feel like you're dying" yep I need to show my dad this when he says I'm dramatic... I've been lactose intolerant all my life which is unfortunate even with the smallest amount of dairy I have what I call a milk overdose
