Quite a well organized home. Lots of labour/dirtying of hands involved. Best part that I liked was - modular kitchen + the garage + your housing projects. Was this a brand new home that you guys purchased?
Thank you so much! This was built in 2016, we are the second owners but the garage was raw and we finished it. We also installed all smart features ourselves, video on that coming this week.

Best part was doing everything on your own(including CHRP exams) and that too in such a short time. All the be$$t! PS: I have actually saved the video for "later" so that I can take a look again. Your tips might help us post buying of our home.

Calgary is 50% cheaper (freehold townhome 350k). Calgary has the fastest growing tech, finance and tech industry. Calgary is also world’s cleanest and most livable city. Calgary is also sunniest ☀️ city in Canada. I am already seeing some of my friends and family members who work from home moving to Calgary. We will see more of this trend in coming years.
