Rent is very low and in Sydney the rent for 2 bedroom property ( depending where you live) is around $1100 per week. Fridge and microwave is not provided.

It’s very expensive to live in Canada as compared to to Australia I spend 10 years in Australia and it’s almost 10 months here didn’t like here in $ 2000 a month you can rent only basements with restriction not allowed more then 4 people

It was really a good deal, we were paying 2200 for hardly 700 sqf in surrey, bc..

wonderful video @gursahib. I believe affording $2300 + utilities + insurance + phone bill + wifi bill is not everyone cup of tea. Salary should be around 70k to 90k otherwise it is quite hard to buy such property especially for new comers plus people who have been staying in canada for 2-3 years. When you are on study permit mostly money goes into college fees ; while on work permit , on bare minimum conditions one needs to work on medium wages just to get PR. Once on PR , then you think about future. Property rates will always be high until Bank of canada reduces their rates to normal.

Even after PR, the job market is 0. Will end up slightly up from monimum wage jobs.
This country is a nightmare right now.

Rent is very expensive compared to USA (virginia ) . Bought a home in 2021 and my mortgage is $1500 a month with utilities, electricity, internet and all insurance included !! House is over 3500 square feet with 4 full bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with 5 parking spots . By the way I’m 5 min away from everything we need . Man my timing and my luck was very good .

Homes are expensive in Canada compared to USA. But health care is very costly in USA and crime is also more in USA
@@surinderbrar4249POPULATION footprint is very big compared to canada !! New York , California, Ohio, are the biggest culprits crime wise !! Where I live ( virginia) crimes are very very low due to being a commonwealth state. Laws and regulations are very strict !!
FOR HEALTHCARE:- Private healthcare is expensive but not State healthcare!!
LOTS of options healthcare wise to pick from !!
Our healthcare is from the state and is very low !! There is a pool of options of healthcare in USA !! Not all healthcare options are expensive

Plus wait times for procedure is very less compared to canada !!
LOTS of jobs available plus public schools are one of the best in the country !!
THERE ARE CRImes in usa but not everywhere !! USA HAS 50 states !!
One more thing people have to consider the best options to live and be safe where they live !!
PUNJABI flashy songs with California and New York & LA CRAP SHOWING the big statures and skyscrapers are all the things people get attracted to and not look at the overall picture.
There big cities or states are very expensive with very big drug and cocaine , fentanyl problem . Tolls ,housing, transportation, healthcare all are sky high !!
@@surinderbrar4249crime is getting Canada, particularly worse in Toronto region. Immigrants have been sold a fake dream most just go there for quick PR not even to study just use the system and then sponsor all their relatives who use up resources

The landlord wants to increase rent so they want someone else in to do that as ontario has rent control. In ab we dont so we can keep same tenants and just raise their rent by whatever we want each year

I'm coming to Canada on a study visa in NAIT College Edmonton and have enrolled in Business Administration- HRM course, which costs me 20k dollars for a year. after watching your previous videos, I know business related courses are not worth it anymore but does specific business related skills such as HRM falls under the same category and has no scope for career, future growth and jobs? pls reply

50000 CAD is avg annual total expenses for a couple for year hence target ur income for living with family in canada before moving with family or else better to live along and save money and send back to India to build corpus or do SIP for 10yr to double the saving.
to net that much you need to be earning min 80 gross....after tax you are left with your 50k that you think ppl need....

Why dont you apply for citizenship? I think its been more than 4 years in canada for you. If i am not wrong you cane in 2018🤔. I am following one Vlog channel (Peekapoo), they got their canada citizenship last November and they are in Canada for 5 years.

Rent is expensive more than most mortgage payments. Plus Kitchener Waterloo region is racist and unwelcoming for immigrants. Cost of living is expensive. Lots of immigrnats are leaving Canada and going back to India or other countries. Too many people not enough supply.

There used to be show in Pakistan in TV and the host name was Tariq Aziz and he was Punjabi. People from other provinces in Pakistan don't like Punjabis because they screw Pakistan as well as other provinces. Because Punjab population is big but jobs are very very less the Punjabis used to go to other provinces for work and still do. So in this Tariq Aziz show one guy was called on the stage to ask him question and then give him price and the guy was not Punjabi but pissed on Punjabis. So Tariq Aziz asked him which kind of animal you will find everywhere the guy answered Punjabi. Tariq Aziz thought he may not get the question and asked him again, and the guy said Punjabi means any part of the world you go you will find Punjabi regardless of the the country India or Pakistan. Kitchener and Waterloo used to be good cities but now the influx of Punjabis here will destroy and already did. I come out of the house feeling like Brampton and noticing white people are started selling their homes to go to white majority area. KW is going to end up bad.
