No lol only for automatics. Well the newer 8/10 speeds need to be unlocked before your tuner can make adjustments. The sticks don’t have a tcm because the driver controls everything with clutch /shifter.
Also the sticks usually just need to have the torque management messed with so they don’t bogg off the line. But it gets done with just the engine tune

They made it such a pain and so fkn expensive to tune these cars. Afm delete. Phase limiters. Ecm unlock. Tcm unlocks. Just unreal

This is probably a very stupid question, but this TCM unlock is for manual transmission, correct?

Yeah gm rigged our cars with it. That’s why the tb has a delay and the stick cars have a hard time launching .
