It just the way it feels for peoples grip, some prefer to have a little more thickness as opposed to a thin taper, but also it probably gives the dart a different balance too.
I have been using James Wades darts for nearly 2 years now love the grip on them but would love the grip at front of dart as I hold dart more at front any dart similar with grip head to toe?
Darts Review Channel I contacted custom made darts but they said can only put shark grip at front I was hoping for same grip from top to bottom thanks anyway I just like the grip on the Wades
Seems a bit strange, the ring grip thats already on the darts should be easier to do than shark grip so cant understand why they say that. MVG darts are quite similar but still has a bit of a smooth bit at front, you may need to go for something different if you want the grip right at the nose, something like Target Distinction.
Darts Review Channel yes I was a bit disappointed they could not do the similar grip I also have MVG originals and the chizzy pixel grip darts at home in fact between my son and me I've probably got at least 40 sets it might just be in my head but I always go back to my Wades the target darts you are recommending look like chizzy pixels?
Yeah they are a bit like the Chizzys. I dont know but may be you should stick with them as they are, Wade has used the same design for a long time and its worked well enough for him :)

+Anthony Lewin I'd go for a different wallet. The Harrows Buzz (same with the Bull's brand imitation) is so badly made that darts fall out of the case. If you're looking for a sleek wallet go for the smallish Harrows Z case, the gray one, or the Target Carrera case.
Its not a demo its a review and if you had been a regular viewer you will have seen a few people specifically asking for a review of that wallet, so rather than do a whole separate video I reviewed it as is :)

New to darts. Is there a reason for a bullnose , it seems it would be prone to deflect more if it hit a dart as opposed to a taper?

You could always send them to custommadedarts and get them to add more grip to the front for you if you prefer to stick with those darts.

Well they do for James Wade, if you like a straight barrel thin and light dart they should be fine, just a bit light for me but nice grip
@@DartsReviewChannel Funnily enough, James Wade doesn't even use the main grip. His fingers are on the front smooth part and the LP grip at the back.
I like the fact he has kept the same darts for years too :)
