We have new dividers for the bit cases from Dewalt and Craftsman bit holders.
We also are starting to print more Tool Holders, We have Milwaukee M18, M12 and Dewalt Flexvolt Platform. Also take a look the new optinons for the Standard Profile PackOuts that let you Put the Dewalt Style bit holders in the top of the bin, and you can also see the new nesting Bins for the Thicker PackOut

Hi Jake of all, my name is Ronnie. I'm an electrician wiring new construction residential homes. Is it possible to 3D print a guard for the top of a Dewalt 20 volt DCD996 hammer drill that could snap onto the drill to protect and cover the speed selector so as to prevent it from getting shifted under a load. Which in turn strips the gears out. I've already lost one drill due to striking vertical studs while drilling. And now ,working on ruining another one.

How do i get the jig saw attachment for the dewalt case?
Awesome stuff just found your channel! was gifted a tstak so I want to outfit that for my specialty tools and have parts bins for plumbing, electrical stuff like that. I run the Rigid pro tool organizer and love that. do you have any thoughts for coming out with bins and other solutions for that system?

I was checking out your shop cuz I have some dewalt bits and Milwaukee bits, do your dewalt bit holders only come for the thick packout? Or do they fit in the thin organizer too? I also think you should make a listing where we can buy all the bit holders and bins needed for all size organizers. Thick, thin, half, full size. I really don’t even know what I need to make me a nice packout mod set up. Also do your quick handle release pins fit with the Kaizan sliders?
Ok let me see if I can answer all your ? You can put the Dewalt Holder tray in the low-pro with a small amount of modifications. SO you think the site should have a section for each size packout? the pins don't fit with the sliders without cutting the sliders shorter.
JakeOfALL I got most of it figured out, I really appreciate you taking the time to respond. Could you tell me if I bought the small packout would it fit 2 layers of foam each layer with different tool cut outs? Or could the Large packout do this? Videos I watch seem like there is a lot of wasted room toward the bottom when they just put a couple drill sets on the top layer. You think the foam would be strong enough to make “lift away” layers in larger boxes? I mean just $10 more for a box twice larger seems the way to go.
@@Tabest31 I would always go bigger, but send me the model boxes your talking about. But I will say if you are doing lift out layers and the tool has some weight then you will want to add the abs to the bottom. I hope this helps

Again great vid just a suggestion what about rounding the bottom of the insert trays easier to get small parts out just a idea don't know Shit about three d printing good stuff though I'm broke thanks to covn19 home repair business didn't slow down it just quit had 6 months of work lined out everyone canceled at once had 6 people call in 1 day times are tight great stuff
Is there a half height 4 compartment insert for the tstak/versastack that would fit below the bit tray?
