APD Body Worn Camera of the Month: Officer Richardson Helps Driver

On April 30, 2023, North District Patrol Officer Elizabeth Richardson was out driving along Ballpark Way when she noticed a car pulled over on the side of the road with a large piece of metal sticking out of the wheel well.
Concerned for the well being of the driver, she stopped to see what was going on.
