So those who want to learn can reach you.
There are so many players who want to become a coach, wants to start their own Martial Art Academy or Class but there are some questions in their mind that stop them
For example - many players feel that they need a lot of money to start their own Martial Arts Academy. Proper Hall, Music, Mats, Pads, Cones, Hurdles, etc.
If you can afford it all, that's great. But it is not true that you cannot start your classes without all these. And this is the specialty of Martial Arts.
You do not need to depend on a place, equipment or training partner to train or teach Martial Arts. Go to an empty place like - plot, garden, public park, talk to the owner or caretaker there and start.
They may ask you for a maintenance charge or monthly rent. Then you can say to them - Okay, I will give from the student's fees. And as soon as you can manage, then start buying the equipment according to your needs.
If you think you are too young, too thin, too fat to become a Martial Art Coach, people will make fun of you.
of course, it will give you an advantage If you look mature, you are physically fit, have hundreds of medals, able to do fancy kicks. But it is not that without all this you cannot become a coach.
Whatever your height-weight, but you should look presentable. Remember that you are not a gully boy there, behave like a Martial Arts coach, maintain your dignity.
And it is also not true that only a great fighter can become a great coach, or who is still a great coach has been a great fighter of his time.
The first requirement to become a coach is - Knowledge and second is Teaching Skills.
If you have the right knowledge of your art then you can become a coach.
And if you have good teaching skills then you can become a good coach.
Because many coaches make the same mistake, they just tell, they don't teach. A new student is zero, he does not aware of your jargon, your style of teaching. And some students are slow learners. So you must understand their mentality. Use those words, those styles that help them to learn fast.
Now the most important and most controversial question.
But there are some martial arts which do not have a belt grading system.
There was a time when a Martial Artist did not even think of becoming a coach even after 10 years of hard training.
They think that they are not good enough to teach.
But nowadays they become coaches in only 2 months of training.
And the clause of Black Belt applies to these types of coaches
In the old days, black belts were very difficult to obtain
Being a Black Belt was an Honor
But now the time has changed
Black Belt is still a Master Degree, but now anyone can become a Black Belt even at their home.
So the black belt thing is in terms of knowledge, that you should have that much knowledge
And there are many coaches who are not black belts, but they are a good coach
Some people can make an issue of these things to bother you
Like - With whose permission you are teaching here? Which federations are you associated with? Is your academy registered? Are you a black belt or not?
If you have the permission of the owner or caretaker of the site then there is no problem
You can teach individually, but it would be good for you and your students if you join the right federation, so your students can participate in Official Championships
And a professional lawyer can give better advice about academy registration
