I agree with your points. Business plans really helps and having a friendly relationship with your students should be valued because when you do this they know they can trust you or rely on you for any questions. Also so give them feed back on what your students needs to be improved. Now for feed backs I honestly would stress this as an importance. Good thing to mention as an advice to go about getting feed back is really to pass a long a survey let them fill in thoughts or concerns so you can go back and improve on your structure of how you teach the class/course. Which will make you a better business owner and instructor if you are opening yourself up to ideas or ways to better the way you teach. Selling merchandise is also a good asset to invest in when you running a studio or a business. Because people like t shirts or patches to put on their uniform. Reinvesting is also important as well.

To train martial arts, we must first love this, to teach, we must understand that not everyone has the passion, so if we are lucky 5% of students will achieve our goals, and third, without money there is no Dojo, there is no good nutrition and no peace of mind. The first thing is to arm yourself with patience, and to know that people must pay for your knowledge, respect your knowledge, and understand that it is not what they want, it is what they can achieve, and never, never do what others say, Who teaches is you, not them. Nothing is free, it's free as well. Thank you for promoting 3K Martial arts.
