When I rebuilt this apartment (it's been a couple of years), my Bheeda family had twins! My floorplan is *very* similar to this one, but I put the parents in the smaller bedroom, all the kids' toys stayed in their room (since it was larger), and mom got a corner of the living room for her painting studio.
What I really like about your renovations is that some of them I don’t like but I know my mom, sister, or friend will love it. Like they are each so different you can tell you put time and effort to give these apartments individuality and I love that!

Deliiii, there are a couple apartments in this series that you used cc. The one where you moved Brent and Brant, and the one right next to Diego Lobo (if I'm not mistaken). If you could do a cc free version you would make my day 🥺❤️
The worst part about this apartment as that the hallway window doesn't line up with the ones above it, and it can't be changed!! thankfully being able to change the apartment windows makes this a little easier to deal with
I saw a build on Pinterest a few hours ago and didn’t notice that it was this apartment but got inspired by it anyway and built a house 😂 I actually managed to have a nursery/kids room and still have plenty of space in each room 🤓 So fun to see you doing this apartement now!

I send Jesminder to Central Park in San Myshuno and have her use the bar inside the building. There isn’t a mixologist called to the lot by default unless a wedding event is on. I just pretend she’s been “hired” by a non-profit for a community event at the park - no pay but they cover her supplies for drink mixing.
I live in the United States, and it’s always so weird to me to hear someone say something looks homely instead of homey. Because it is so negative here. Lol
Deli, have you renovated Cordelia's Secret Cottage yet? I just bought Cottage Living, and I went to check the building out and it's so unnecessarily bad, it really looks like they threw stuff in there and wished for the best 😅. The exterior is kinda cute though.

It's definitely something I want to play when I can buy For Rent. But nobody does LPs better than you 😁

The only comment I have is that you can put the dream home decorator stove top above the oven. They don’t have to go on separate squares. Also, the master bed is an $8000 bed. If you had just replaced it with a bed half the price you would had plenty of money to do everything you wanted in the apartment & More! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and I hope that your New Year’s will be filled with love and excitement and I’m hoping for a surprise. That’s all I’ll say…❤❤❤

I actually don’t mind when you reuse the same items across the apartments - I imagine you’re the Deligracy Property Management company and you own all the apartments lol so they’re similar in some ways lol
Even if they didn't allow to change the doors for hallway continuity, at least let us change how the door looks INSIDE the apartment like Disney Dreamlight Valley does, you can change the door skin on only one side
Look. I know this reno is gonna give you content until at least the middle of 2024. BUT You have to renovate it AGAIN for the For Rent pack. Turn some of those giant apartments into rentals!!
