Implement the leftest policies no matter what country you are in and the left's goal is for you to own nothing and to be happy about it. All those 71 likes that you have on that comment. But everybody's gonna turn around and go vote for Left Socialist policies. If the government takes all of your money, You have none.
I like the last plot being a community space. Maybe a corner grocer or maybe a spot with food stalls. It could also be a toddler park or family hangout since half the homes are family oriented.
You should make a starter apartment with 4-6 different ones inside, and you could use lot challenges to make it harder to live in (kinda like the flop house from the sims 2) and then you could have a community yard where they can do barbeques and all!
Satch, there is a trick for decreasing the value of a house and that trick is deleting the undersides of stairs. Also, if you can bothered with looking through the debug items, those are usually free and feature a lot of landscaping objects. Sometimes they may even look better (or worse) than the normal stuff.
I really enjoy this series. I love seeing everyone’s ideas for rebuilding EA builds in every world. Please keep it up Satch! I want to see what you do. ☺️
pro tip for saving some money - delete this tiny wall piece under stairs and fence where stairs go (if you first draw fence and then place stairs it will cutout but you won't get back money until you delete it manualy)
I made it into a community lot for kids and toddlers. Most of the other parks tend to gravitate to chess and such. I just figured the kids and toddlers needed a park closer to home where they could meet up and hang out.
I think the last lot as a community that can be also used as a stopping over spot for rags to riches players... that way they can have a place to maybe shower, take a nap, read and socialize... how would a shelter be??? I know we don´t have classification of a shelter, but they do usually go into the lower income neighborhoods and would be great for beginner players up to those who want to motherlode cheat and get a bigger house for many sims
I think you should build a diner, but like a cheap one that sells burgers and ribs. Sort of like a hole-in-the-wall diner where sims order from the counter and eat outdoors on simple tables. There can be some playground stuff for the kids, sort of like a place to picnic.
I built a retirment home on Bargain Bend, with 4 small but homey units for the elders. I could see it as a cheap place for people to retire. They are residential rentals in my game, but I think it could work base game too. It's sweet seeing all the elders catch up with each other and befriend one another.
Maybe you could do one of those 2 story houses where the top floor is Just the bedroom! There used to be a house like that in a previous sims game (i think sims 2) and i LOVED it for my single sims! it gave off fun clubhouse vibes! OR a KIDDIE PARK! would'nt that be so cute?!
For the last lot, how about a community lot that would be in a starter neighborhood? Maybe a bodega and a laundromat or a grocery store. Perhaps a dive bar. Or a combo of these in one lot.
Ahh my day is complete a satch on sims reno video lol been looking forward to this. “First imma have a bitch about how much i hate daisy hovel” that is my entire mood today ❤
Willow Creek is New Orleans inspired , so the daisy hovel is supposed to be a shot gun house. These are Narrow Long Victorian homes that the lower class lived in. Do a Web search: shotgun home new orleans.
I would have made the back fence intersect with the shed on at least one side. I feel like for detached garages that's pretty regular. And opening the kitchen would have saved a little as well. Also, I size up plants by one to save a little on ground cover. I guess it looks bad with some plants, but strategically, it's nice. I especially like doing it with the lilly squares, it looks like grass.
Shouldn't your next lot (that is currently empty) be a small apartment block, with a couple of different styles of apartments... like studio (0 bedroom/bedsit type places) and small budget 1-bedroom apartments. Or maybe a lot containing the different types of "Tiny homes"?
I would go for two or three town houses in the last lot and use For Rent to make them seperate households. If there's room, you can do a shared garden space/park, found that this works well in my game with some mods to make those shared spaces more lively!
Honestly a park of some sort poorly neighborhoods always have them it also just fits for me more than another house idea maybe a store though could be good
A small house with a park next doors. With the "My little neighborhood" mod, Sims will spawn on the lot and visit the park. And food stalls with automatic employees. Could be funny even without the mods 😊
TIP FOR SAVING MONEY: Delete the walls under the stairs, they are so expensive for literally no reason, even if it’s only 3 steps you save like 300 simoleans
I think I would have left the house smaller since you added a room in the back if its for one sim since they will be spending most of their time in the work room/shed and the fence costs a lot, and totally remove the fencing on the garden as its not needed for a starter its really just decor. But I do a lot of tiny builds so thats just how I think
Trying to start my own renovation videos on youtube and failing 🤣😩I get carried away and they do not stay on budget! Overall i think i renovate them ok, if anyone is interested watching. I applaud the effort you put into your videos👏
1) I don't know why 90% of the planta and landcaping aren't free. I understand why rose bushes and dogwood trees aren't free, but come on! I really have to pay for some grass and wildflower patches?!?!? Things that grow naturally anyway?!?! 2) I HATE when simmers make builds that consist of $100,000 worth of plants. James Turner comes to mind when I say this. Like there is NO reason why house on a 30x20 lot needs to be surrounded by a forest. And it's always the ugly ass plants too that are all placed without any rhyme or reaaon. And I end up deleting it all anyway and redoing it myself. Either simmers need to upload builds to the gallery WITHOUT any landscaping done, or the Sims 4 needs to inplement a bulldoze option for JUST plants.
why add that stupid, members first label it's greedy. it is distracting from the video! and creates FOMO. and for someone who talks about sims 4 doing fomo, you should understand why it is annoying.
The thing I love about the sims, is a kid leaving home for the first time can afford a home. Talk about fantasy.

Ayeee 😭😭😭
They gotta do more tax on the rich who own multiple properties getting a bunch of rent, to give the youth a chance 😭💔
@@ebonybass3473So real tax the rich

I really like this starter apartment idea
I can't remember if it was sims 3 or not, but there was an apartment type build with a pool. I remember liking that home
Starter apartment block, but make it kinda sketchy so an evil sim can work up to owning it and being a scum lord!
Satch, there is a trick for decreasing the value of a house and that trick is deleting the undersides of stairs.

My favorite playstyle is maker/self employment and I adore this build as a starter
For the empty lot, what about a decent park, which actually includes stuff for kids and toddlers?
I really enjoy this series. I love seeing everyone’s ideas for rebuilding EA builds in every world. Please keep it up Satch! I want to see what you do. ☺️
Love this reno series

I love to watch people build in the Sims. I wish I could it looks fun

Your new hairstyle and colour makes you look younger. I like it!

Use Debug when u decorate outside to save money!!
I thought the same but I heard there is a problem with debug for console users...?!?
@@jadedjhypsii play on console and it works fine for me
@@zbreezy007 good to hear. I was not sure but now am curious why he does not use debug =)

the last lot could be a small park + "corner shop" or cafe type of thing? failing that some really cheap apartments
Duplex fits in the empty lot pretty well.
I turned this lot into Daisy Row and put 2 small houses on it to rent. Use debug hedges instead of fences and that saves a lot
Do a duplex. Since it’s a larger lot you’ll have the funds of 2 families
That Bargain Bend lot should become a bakery, I reckon. 🤪
I wish Satch would do a budget version and then an all out version for those of us that want his fully decorated builds
Ahh my day is complete a satch on sims reno video lol been looking forward to this. “First imma have a bitch about how much i hate daisy hovel” that is my entire mood today ❤
You could make a community space. It would be useful to vote for the market or the community garden. But if you want to keep it base game then idk

You could make a tiny community pool or like a corner store on Bargain Bend
Or a flea market…so your maker sim has somewhere to sell their stuff
Honestly a park of some sort poorly neighborhoods always have them it also just fits for me more than another house idea maybe a store though could be good
Definitely a community lot. It's such a big space.
Thank you! Wonderful, per usual! That blonde is doing it for me! I love that color on you!
So cute, I love starter homes the most
Bargain bend? I usually make it a bar. I have this combo bar/performancespace/bowling alley thingie that I just keep putting in there.
A small house with a park next doors. With the "My little neighborhood" mod, Sims will spawn on the lot and visit the park. And food stalls with automatic employees. Could be funny even without the mods 😊
Satch, use Debug and Live Edit objects for your landscaping!! It'll save a ton of money and gives a much larger variety.
I'd just leave out the back garden fence altogether to save money. It's an easy addition when you have the cash if you want it.
I vote some kind of community lot they can decide on!
Omg you should make bargain bend like a junk yard! It'd take up lots of space
The big lot could have a pond for fishing... use up some of that space
The original build looks like a straight man decorated it.
Daisy Hovel looks exactly like my uncle’s house in Louisiana. Really it looks like a lot of houses in middle class suburban New Orleans. 😅
You're a gem satch ❤

A small shop should be in that next lot!
2 starter homes, or a duplex. Community lot would be good too
My last game I made turned this lot into a community lot and made it a halfway house lol
You should use some **debug** landscaping. Those are free.
You know you love daisy hovell
What is the name of this build in the gallery please? I appreciate you!
Could a dark wood base game door work for the tall fence gate?
Im feeling the diarrhea today too jk
Love your hear !!!!
why do you look so good cosplaying nsync
What about the last lot being a junky 3 roommate house!
4:36 I HATE EA FOR THAT
What about a community garden?
😊 thank you for the video
0:03 is the enhanced map a mod?
Yes, per usual the modding community carrying the game - Plumbob's Map Replacement Overhaul
Why not use debug plants? They don't cost money.
He looks too good blonde
Anyone else yellong save at the screen from time to time? Just in case it freezes again?
