I know...a year after posting - but I just found your reaction. Great job and I'm glad you fell in love with their performance and sounds. They were amazing together. FYI - This was the most played song on American radio for the ENTIRE 20th century. They estimate it was played over 8,000,000 times on American radio stations (in just 36 years)
Young people today are really missing out on plain old romance in their songs. Too much 'give me your body' and not enough 'give me your heart'. I'm so glad you're discovering a wider range of music by doing these reactions.

Oh my God Ladies you know what we felt as a teenager in 1964 hearing this song. I was in high school and never forget their voices. My husband and I fell in love with their music! My ex-husband passed away in 2007. I still his voice singing this song. ❤😢❤

You need to check out Bobby Hatfield "Summertime" live performance 1965. Bobby will blow your mind with his soulful vocals. His vocal range and control are amazing. He cuts loose in this one it's not silky smooth like Unchained Melody.
