Catalan coca (Spanish pizza)

Catalan coca is kind of like a Spanish pizza or flatbread, but it's probably quite different from similar dishes you might know. It can come in savory and sweet versions. While toppings vary, most have no sauce and no cheese. But whatever the variation, all are really tasty. This simple pepper and onion version is a style of coca de recapte and one of my favorites.
