Do you not have to keep your head completely turned over your left shoulder the whole time during this manoeuvre just glancing at mirrors? 🤔

Am I right by saying this manoeuvre doesn’t have to be done in 3 turns ?

Thank you for the video. What is the purpose of going into neutral at the start though? Seems a bit pointless to me practically working, is it just to establish a routine that's easy to follow?

I think it's because you're technically parked at that stage

So you don’t have to use the hand break each time you stop?

Ive taken 12 lessons and other 7 lessons no one tells me how do I know when approaching from the cerb how to be confident that I won't touch the cerb ? Mirror not enough, I feel there is something hidden the instructors don't want me to know the secret 😕 definitely I'll lose the next driving test again due the lack of information even if you pay by your money many times , I was better to buy a simple car and do what I want

Probably understand if your car is a rear wheel drive or front wheel drive the steering will be different when driving forwards and backwards

That seems to be a big problem these days people seem to be in a panic to get everything done. If your going to panic let it be organized very important applies to everything in life. Practice, Practice, Practice, find the street the test instructor uses on the test runs,it will more than likely have low kerbs and a high camber. Little tip, start your practice by letting the tyres hit the kerb deliberately and you'll realize that you can let your car go a lot closer than you think. Don't rush take your time, you'll live longer 👍

Didn't actually know dry steering was allowed, that makes it a whole lot easier to break down into sections for me now
It's incredibly confusing to turn the wheel back to dead centre, while observing all around, with the car rolling for me

Yes it's quite confusing 😕 for me too. The instructions are not quite clear... for the beginners this is very very difficult to understand...

I thought that rule is changed to, however many times it takes to turn your car around safely.

Do I have to use the handbrake when doing a 3 point turn or is it optional?
