This video has been quite insightful for me. I tend to avoid doing attachments in order to not strengthen my opponent, but doing it to strengthen something already strong for my own purposes had not occurred to me. This is definitely something I'll have to look out for in future games. 🤔
You're right-it may have sounded a bit awkward. Alexander mentioned it because, unfortunately, fewer women tend to play Go compared to men, and we want to highlight that Go is for everyone, regardless of gender.

We're glad this new perspective resonated with you, and we hope it helps you in your future games 👍
Excelent lesson.
Thanks! 😊
Thanks for the input! I'm still experimenting with attachments, this'll help me a lot!
Thanks for watching and enjoying our content! 😉
The full course is incredible. I highly recommend it.
in Chinese there is also a saying that says to fix something sometimes you gotta attached to make a living shape
Wow, that's interesting. Are there a lot of Go sayings in China?
@@GoMagic There is a few but mostly to like common philosophy in the game. Its generally from the east asia side of go
What was said: "...decided to play a little more actively."
What captions say: "...decided to play a little more greedily."
Different, yet the same.

Next we will see an example from a game played by WOMEN... that is a really weird emphasis (7:49), let's leave it at that
