I really appreciate your take on Kimberley’s feelings being valid! I’m bisexual and have dated bisexuals, so I’ve been on both sides of those complex feelings, and even though it sucks to deal with I think it’s somewhat natural. There are undeniably aspects of a gay relationship that can’t exist in a straight one (inherent shared life experiences, a different understanding of each other’s bodies etc) and vice versa (not dealing with homophobia, being able to have children naturally etc) so of course someone will have at least passing feelings of insecurity about the things their partner might end up wanting that they’ll never be able to offer. It’s something to work through of course and it’s not okay to take it out on your partner, but it’s also understandable and shouldn’t be immediately classified as biphobic like it so often is.
I'm equally disappointed with the one dimensional way they've written Eli. I actually enjoyed the episode (2 or 3?) where Kimberly learns he's bi and in an in-character way, trying to be accommodating, trips up and projects what she thinks he'd like. The problem thereafter is, like you said, they don't give him anything else. He has no identity beyond being bi and partying. As opposed to Nico, Leighton's brother, Canaan and that dude Bela liked from the Catullan from season one. I'm rewatching one right now and I miss how recurring characters lived full lives apart from the main cast, it made them memorable.
i think there preparing Whitney character to fall on her bum the way her friend was telling her that them cortisone shots dont do pop and she ruining her relationship to go back for ex for no reason its weird to see booker from ravens home in this show tho these actors be older then me an i be thinking about how fast they grew up
Don't like what they've done with Bela this season it's just not as interesting as her comedy jour ey would have liked more of exploring that. And feel that they are trying to veer into dramedy territory in general which doesn't work. Surprisingly am warming to the new girl but think it's so weird that no one mentions Leighton like she was never there. Weird.

Tbh I'm only interested in Kimberly love interest bc hes played by Michael Provost. I want them to dive deeper into his story tho
