Baldur's Gate 3 - Permanent Tasha's Hideous Laughter for Astarion

I suppose any character can get it but Astarion found the amulet with the mad monk. It might be could be usefull to him, even though i am basically near the end of my adventure in this playthrough

You find the Cursed Amulet near the Grymforge in act2. I didn't think i was going to be able to complete this quest. I pretty much found the this area by accident and I happened to have Astarion with me. pure luck
Edit: Actually I think any character can do this, I found it with Astarion so i just left it in his inventory

Just respec Astarion at Withers.

I made Astarion I think rogue lvl3 and the rest Ranger. he had godly sneak and sleight of hand like +16 in both and 20 dex. he never failed at lock-picking or pickpocket (unless he stayed to long near pickpocket victim) that pls he still hits like a truck with MELEE, bear hits hard and now he hits harder with archery
