When Arden says you become menopause 😂 what I find fascinating is Genesis 31:35 where Rachel says she's on her period (when she's not!) as an excuse to stay sitting on her saddle so Laban wouldn't find his idols hidden under her saddle! Take a look! It's crazy!

People start their periods earlier on average in present times compared to the 1800's partially because food scarcity and manual labour for children is less common

The age range can be earlier than 13. I will only give him credit since I was 11 when mine started but I know some that started 8-9.

Typical age is anywhere between 11 to 14 years old. 8-9 years isn't completely uncommon either. I was 9. All of my paternal aunts and cousins started their periods by 8-9 years old.
I have a huge family. I have 30 first cousins. Whenever one of my cousins (male or female) has a girl, usually by the age of 5-7 they are preparing their partner/spouse that their child is likely to start their period by 8-9 years old. It's an interesting genetic fact about my family! 🤷‍♀️

The period is part of the curse that Eve recieved from disobeying God. Yes, and its a curse. Glad I dont have them anymore!
