I'm discovering your channel, and thank you! we really need this! that's great! Men I used to date had not lots of knowledges about period and ciswomen issues, this is really important to tell them! And it's also important that men could talk about this, as men, together, like a "men chat", because there are probably lots of questions they're just ashamed to ask, and you're trying to give some answers...well, great job!
Indeed. The problem is nobody talks about it. Men don't know, and women don't tell them. A classic taboo subject that we should all be tackling.

You can help just by knowing what a period is and how people can be affected by them - so you've already made a good start - but also periods are different for everyone. You're probably best asking if there's anything you can do for her, or if you can make her feel more comfortable.
