Education reform is essential to prepare for the future of work, especially as AI and automation continue to reshape industries at an unprecedented pace. Traditional education models, focused on rote memorization and standardized testing, no longer align with the skills needed in an AI-driven economy.
The future demands a system that emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, adaptability, and digital literacy. Education must also prioritize teaching students how to collaborate with AI, leveraging its potential to augment human capabilities rather than fearing its replacement of jobs. This includes training in data literacy, ethical AI practices, and interdisciplinary problem-solving to address the complex challenges of tomorrow.
Moreover, reform must address access and equity. AI has the power to personalize learning and bridge gaps in education, but it could also widen disparities if not implemented responsibly. A fair education system ensures that all students regardless of socioeconomic background have the tools and opportunities to thrive in a rapidly changing workforce.
By embracing innovative, inclusive, and AI-integrated approaches, we can create an education system that equips individuals to not just survive but thrive in the future of work.

A brand new Xiaomi EV plant opened up in the first quarter of 2024 in Beijing, China. The day they turned it on, it had more orders than it could fulfil for 2024. There are no people at all in that plant, not even management.

Aristotle wrote that oligarchies are inherently unstable that this ruling elite declines mentally and physically over time whereas the working mass of regular citizens develop a toughness and a clearer vision of their fellow citizens and become tougher in every possible way

Humanity, like never before, has the capacity for intellectual awareness that will allow it to guarantee the sustainability of human life and other species on the planet if it so chooses. Today we possess scientific knowledge that surpasses the limits necessary to evolve towards a system of governance that allows and guarantees a balance of forces, humanistic behavior, and a fair planetary game board for all and for the good of all. These three conditions form the backbone of the sociopolitical and economic system of 49-49-2. A novel system that would guarantee peace, development, and planetary happiness.

Eventually the mad push for money will bite back. I feel sad for Saudi Arabia and others who think like them.

So many of the people invited to be on stage at FII are touted as experts but have a generalist view… for those wanting some different insights into the future of work “with AI” here’s a video: th-cam.com/video/nEcpoqoRxVU/w-d-xo.html

Evidently he has not read about French revolution.
There has to be a global vision for future of humanity and a plan done by representatives of people of the world.

People want simple answers, that's why we ended up with the kind of politicians we have.
Technology brought about changes, and changes brought about instability. Ideally people should catch up, but it's not always possible. The government could redistribute the wealth to help those who couldn't catch up, but how and how much should they do it?

@freemanol and those who are supposed to know have no vision. So we are all living on a ship in a stormy ocean, pilotless.

We can't change the old education system but we can create a new one.
Open a global online academy that gives teachers and experts the chance to work independently, creating books and courses with the aid of grok, at warp speed without any cost allowing them to undercut collage courses etc . The student studies in the own time allowing easy career switches . In return all the courses are free to those that have no education system, if they have starlink they need access to a laptop of virtual screen . A little less conversation a little more action please 🎶 ❤❤

The world will be composed of a few billionaires, a few people well off by attending to the billionaires every need and maintaining their fiefdoms, a lot of starving, sick, homeless starving wandering crowds (think LA style tent cities), and many dead/dying people.
People will become redundant to the system.
