Hi cyberpioneertv, I think he's asking whether the cadets really "died" during the exercise because Zacky says that a lot of his men "died" in Mission 2 of Ex Panther. Of curse, we all no the answer to that is obviously a no... haha. LOL :)

They use real ammunitions right?so they literally shoot the enemy down?and they get shot at with real bullets?im confused

The commanders will ask u to drop... there is 3 types of ammo
1. Dummy rounds - this ammo has totally no firepower and no percussion cap, nothing at all. Its just a dummy, used for soldiers to carry out drills. That's all.
2. Blank rounds - its a round that produced sound, smoke, whatever it is' similar to a real bullet, just that it has no projectile, meaning there is nothing coming out of the barrel. This is what's used inside the video and also in NDP, when they shoot.blanks up in the sky... if those bullets used in the exercise conducted here, how many dead soldiers do you want? Remember, 1 less soldier is 1 less bullet flying into the enemy's head. Every soldier is an asset and they will never let soldiers kill each other with real bullets during training only.
3. Live rounds - self explanatory.
