When I converted to gas the hvac company doing the install put the stainless steel liner in my chimney. I didn't have to shop for a company to do it. This customer should have Steve do the conversion.
I remember when We first got Our Waterstove, we had Great Big pumps and they were supposed to have replacement seals for about $8. They are long gone now and We have little small pumps on it now.
I agree with everything Steve said.I see this everyday when I repair high efficiency equipment, It will cost the customer more in the long run and more of a headache for them also. But for some customers high efficiency is advised.
Another awesome Video Steve. Our prices in Ontario, Canada are thru the fucking roof lately. I know it’s not me but these corporations are making a shit tonne off our customers.
When customer said, "If you want to give it the old how ya doin" we knew he was a Steve Lav fan! Too funny!
That boiler is built like a tank! With Steves help keep her going!
In this case older is better👍
Nothing but quality overthere
What type of/ branch was that boiler?
Another happy customer from “The Riv”.
Great video Steve, remain safe and keep the videos coming 👍 👌 ☝️
Hey Steve do you ever work on systems that don’t belong in the junk yard
The oil tanks looks fine. The boiler seems fine. All he needs is the new copper oil feed tube.
Yep I agree
The young hvac guy asked good questions. He's learning the trade the right way. It's important to have men ready to work when the older guys retire.
I think the homeowner was a wee bit star struck lol.
Hey Steve and Miss Molly! Workin’ again ya’ll. 👍👍

Here in New York that’s common with oil line going into cement, you don’t change the filter the customer will chew you out

Steve lab the master of old shit
Thx.
I think I would replace the tank with the oil line. End feed is at least 60 yrs old
are you saying the tank is 60 years old?
Looks like steves got a new apprentice 😮
I thought the same thing,LOLL!
Almost looks like an old Thrush circulator
Can you abandon the underground line and install an overhead line?
These videos are cheap insurance for when a homeowner tries to pin an underground oil line leak on you!
I was thinking the same thing. Anymore, you need to CYA if you’re a business person.
Howdy Steve and Molly
See if there’s a LINA

These governments are giving away the farm...somehow we have to pay for it!
I agree the same here in Virginia
I'm partial to the Taco 007 for the James Bond reference.

High maintenance
