Main problem is hard water in PWC. Still municiple water didnot came. Water comes with tankers. They still working on that from 5 years +. Rest is good.
Good township project in pune till now, it is far away, after 3 years, you will find this PWC at other level

Too hard to find in that price but still you can check Ayaan Society on nagar road in resale near to kharadi or else wagholi you will get more options

Quality is good but location is too far for that reason i personally not going with it, and talking about value for money it is but for that you need to wait for a longer time till all the constructions is been done..

I booked a flat in Pride. Later on I got to know Pride World City is not a township project.
Why it is not township project??
