Been meaning to say that in the video promo at beginning of each video shows the two D11 pushing side by side. We used to do the same in the Hazelwood coal mine in Victoria by locking two dozer blades when we cleaned up a coal level. Saves time as double blade width’s
Nice work. Good to see the internals on the 11's, and some great innovation on the tools to get it done outside a full workshop. Good content and detail on the process. That is a serious big boys toy!! 🔧⚙
There probably won’t be a D12 any time soon. D11’s sell in relatively small numbers compared to the D10T2. The additional operating costs for the D11 don’t add up for most mining companies. In Western Australia they are appreciated for their awesome ripping power in areas where blasting is not ideal.
Matt I have found out that I do not bounce as well as I used to. LOL I would RUN away from that ramp. LOL My brothers and I started out ramping our pedal bikes and worked up to full size motor cross motorcycles. My younger brother (only 60) made a ramp to jump his full size Goldwing. It really gets attention at benefits/charity events he does it for. My Father just says neither of us have enough brains to live to an old age. LOL P.S. He is 92.
Well done with work guys. Having worked in the quarrying industry for 20 years I never saw any company attempt this type of refurb. Machines either sold on before this was necessary or run to destruction with only essential repairs 💪💪
Well…what to say…Im just so impressed of all what you guys can, and what you do with this big and awsome equipment…the most interesting Chanel on the net!
Just started binging your chanel today. What a team! Not in the same league, but I made a new quick hitch hose for my hitachi ex75 in about 5 minutes. I'll upload that and start recording how to bypass the angle encoding controller after a sensor breaks down. Can't wait for the next episode. Thanks for taking the time to make these.
Would love to know that the cost of the tiny 1 work came too. Looked very expensive but probably half of a dealer job. Personally I would leave that jump ramp for the younger lads, they heal quicker🤣🤣. Love the “can do” attitude of you guys 👍
Hi Matt good day I bet that service on tiny cost you a few bucks but it had to be done Big toys are expensive but they do work hard it looks good I hope you have a good season best wishes to your Family stay safeGod Bless 🚜🚜🚜👍👍💪💪❤️🦘🦘🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🐝
Matt you'r such a Teaser LOL.. Love the video as usual but totally intrigued to see the boys in action on the ramp... are any of the next generation of an age to be popping a wheel over the levee banks ?
Don’t know what the secret recipe is that makes for a great TH-cam channel but you’ve definitely got it.
Vos bulldozers, c'est des monstres

Impressionnants , ça peut pousser des montagnes ⛰️🙂
You Guys are D11 specialists who do a bit of Farming on the Side !

That engine chugging away in the background is sweet music.
What a cool journey this is turning into. Watching these guys and hanging out by the D11 is good medicine
Love the sound of the CAT idling
I was just about to ask about the ramp, but you answered my question already.

The size of the dozers today are amazing...I can't wait for the D-12...:)...

It’s a team effort, that’s for sure.
Pete on the D4 over the ramp... That'll make everyone's eyes pop!
It would make a few things pop I think😂
@@thejacksonbrothers Maybe... But it'd be wild as!!!

Great vídeo Matt.
Thank the lord Team Jackson...
Getting it all back working, great stuff.

What a Beast she is
G'day Matt great video mate.
Thanks Murphy👍
Very good job
In the Belly of the Beast
How much air will the D11 get? Might want to “beef” up ramp to take the the Tinys.
MM77 Approved 👍🏼👍🏼
Nice work

That was good to catch those hoses before they became a problem, I shudder to think what all those parts cost. What is the fuel burn on a D11?
Did you work out why the final drive axil wouldn't go in
Did the front blade hoses get changed to stop the bleed off when you use it to lift the machine?
Lots to do, but decent weather and sunshine at least! I trust Matt's latest is coming along alright?
That's right, you guys are in winter.
Jump Tiny1, Tiny2, AND Tiny3!
When you say it's cold you need to put it behind a temperature cuz where I come from you're not cold
-40
@@deconteesawyer5758 It isn't any -40 there, you don't have a clue what the temp is.
@@sdp227 No shit Sherlock. You won a prize for that answer.
Was that axle bent?
Hi James, it just had a tiny bit of damage at the start of the spline👍

Hi mate, yep there is some younger ones that might have a go👍
That has to be so much oil! wow
you know while it's apart you may as well paint it. sand blast lol
Algorithm boost!
Perhaps you might enjoy following along as I get my late father's 1958 Plymouth Suburban back on the road. Playlist on my channel.
Yah. But it's a dry cold.
...Also you really think that ramp will bear the weight of a D11? 🤔
Yes, dirt bikes, I know. 😉
Proof that us guys never ever grow up.
“Good hiding spot in here” :Matt 00:55
...older with more sense, I'm guessing.... :)
