This could be a enormous hit by today's standards over the nonsensical cacaphonous music played currently in 2022; there are some good tunes out now, though I don't know the names of them.
If the young people would be exposed to this type of music they would love it. The reason I say this because I was playing some tunes from the squires, Chocolate WatchBand , Kinks , Count.5 , Beattles, 13th Floor Elevators , Doors etc: and they were amazed that they had missed this music of that era, especially the early garage, punk, psych tunes , like The Seeds .

Perhaps it didn't receive airplay or if it did maybe it wasn't enough. I do agree this song should've been a hit. The Music industry is very ridged with its cutthroat practices.

Because this song as well as a lot of others from the same level obscurity didn't really bring anything new. This type of tune can be heard in 85% of the bands playing at the time. It was those who inovated that made it big.

That's the music industry for you they decided what is played or perhaps they decided it wasn't worthy to be released. Whatever happened they weren't given a chance at the big time. This sounds like it could be a late 50"s tune that was heavy for its time. Like something that would have been popular at sock hops
The vocals evoke a doo-wop charm. The sound of early rock-n-roll guitar before things started getting fuzzy and psychedelic

It's the Garage rock guitar chords, the classic one. Love them btw.
