Ahhh the great memories of new world. Some time after it released I tried it out and found out about some beautiful bugs, like the infinite gold and the possibility to use HTML in the chat. It was a lot of fun to test what tags and attributes are possible in the chat together with friends (and oh boy, it was way to much possible then it should for a chat). Specially using the itemsearch command and hiding it behind a link to crash others PCs. And yes, for some reason it wasn't just the game but whole PCs which did a restart, when New World wasn't able to find the not existing item. We all got banned of course after a while, but no regrets in that regard, we did kinda forced it.
But it looks like New World changed to the better. Still hard to believe that Amazon managed to save New World from cancellation instead of killing it.
Ah the bug days, being able to move your game window to make yourself invincible. I am very surprised they suck to saving it. I was very sure it would of been killed off
@@DyingLegacy So true. I thought so too like "with that much decrease of player numbers it will close after a year". But they proved us wrong.

great production value, fun accent, you made the game look fun! Vid is a little long though, I feel like 5 minutes could have been cut and would have made it easier to watch all the way through. Otherwise, great stuff!

Been playing since launch (yes one of those people lol) and I think more than anything the visuals and combat are what have singlehandedly kept people around. Other MMOs I try just dont give me that same feel of control over the character. And as a 3v3 player primarily, the mode is definitely great, but yeah under level 60 you just wont find matches. Better to wait on pvp until 60+. Some people like OPR which is cross-server now, but other cross-server stuff is coming for dungeons and 3v3s which is exciting.
Once the majority of stuff like 3v3 is cross server, it'll be vastly easier to get games and such. So that I can't wait for

Going into arenas at 20 is the definition of just because you could, doesnt mean you should. PvP is definitely heavily perk based. Scaling or not. If you dont have the proper armor and weapin perks, you will get farmed.
Well of course because you could. Be a bit silly if you unlocked content you couldn't actually do. I would disagree on the farming part... from level 20 to 50 I got one match. That was it. The rest of Mt time was spend queued.
