I made these seasoning cubes using my backyard chicken/Srilankan vlog/Fried rice recipe/Soup keta

  • Assalamu alaikum and Hi friends...welcome to my kitchen by Fasa...Hope you all are doing good...today also I came with an interesting vlog...In Srilnaka there is a big usage of seasoning cube without understanding the disadvantages of using those seasoning cubes...we are calling "soup keta"in Srilanka....there are many preservatives used for making these cubes to keep long period without getting bad...those preservatives are very very bad chemicals to our body...
    I never buy these soup cubes from out side but making at home using my backyard chicken....country chicken is more healthier than a broiler one but if you have not or can not find a country chicken,it is better going for a broiler one because it is 100 times better than buying these cubes from the market...
    If you are making these seasonings cubes at home,you can make very clean and also with many vegetables as your wish..so today also I made these cubes using my fresh home grown garden vegetables ...also I add winged bean too from my home garden...very fresh ginger used from my garden...may be these cubes will not taste the exact like market one but it is 1000%sure that these home made seasoning cubes will be more healthier and will taste awesome....
    The one thing that you have to consider is you should store these soup cubes in freezer then only you can keep it bit long..even you can keep these cubes more than 2 months in the freezer but keeping long in the refrigerator will be also very bad for our health so instead storing long time,you may make these often as your needs..like once a week or once in two weeks so...
    we are buying chicken for our daily cookings so we can collect some bone with flesh and can make these seasoning cubes very easily without making lot for storing in the freezer...also today made a tempered rice using my home made soup cubes or seasoning cubes also using my home grown fresh vegetables to make my kid's lunch healthy...you may temper the rice or any kind of noodles in the same way that I have done in the video....

    Ingredients:
    For making chicken stock:
    *Chicken with bone and flesh-650g
    *Water
    For making seasoning cubes:
    *Chicken stock
    *Carrot-2[small]
    *Capcicum-2[small]
    *Onion-1[med]
    *Winged bean-2[med]
    *Curry leaves
    *Cinnamon or bay leaves-3[small]
    *Spring onion or leeks
    *Tomato-1[med]
    *A piece of ginger
    *Garlic-4 cloves
    *Cinnamon stick-2[med]
    *Turmeric-1 tea sp
    *Chili powder-three quarter tea sp
    *Pepper powder-three quarter tea sp
    *Coriander or curry powder-half tea sp
    *You may add cumin powder and chili flakes too
    *Salt[should be salty]
    *Oil-2 TBsp
    *Wheat or plain flour-2 TB sp
    *Corn starch-3 TBsp with some water
    For making tempered rice:
    *Cooked rice
    *Butter and oil
    *Home made seasoning cube
    *Any kind of vegetables
    *Egg as your wish
    *Soya sauce
    *Salt and pepper
    *Chili flakes
