Hi Bob and Brad your video on leg lymphedema made a difference in a despondent woman's life yesterday. She already sees improvement after one session of your reccomended leg exercises. She is now hopeful she will be able to manage her condition better. Her name's is Leatha and she's excited about subscribing to your videos. Thank you fellas for making a difference.
I was diagnosed with Lymphedema in 2018 and I have tried everything I could to heal myself, but it was all to no avail, until I saw a post on a health forum this herbalist through his email and he prepared me a herbal cure for Lymphedema and sent it to me via the delivery service of UPS from the company, when I received this herbal cure. They gave me step by step instructions on how to apply it, when I applied it according to the instructions I was totally cured of this disease within 5 months of use, I am now Lymphedema free, all thanks to Dr. Timothy You can also contact this great herbalist for help by email: timothydouglas3612@gmail.com or contact Dr. Timothy through his whatsapp number: +1(239) 977-4390 He is also specialize in treating all kinds of diseases, VIRUS HERPES , HEPATITIS B, CANCER, BRAIN DISEASE, INFERTILITY, DIABETES EPILEPSY AND MORE ...... He will also be of help to you
Very good content. Diaphragmatic breathing is definitely good for creating the necessary negative pressure to move fluid from distal to proximal in the upper extremities. Retrograde massage and fist pump are very good too.
Thank you for this. I recently had a lumpectomy and and removal of 11 lymph nodes. Interestingly the first exercise was taught in my Lamaze class many years ago.
Dear doctor :) where do I actually place my arm ( for the first exercise ) when I am lying down . ( diaphragm breathing ) Should it be flat by my side , 90 degrees , on my stomach or raise up. If you can , please help to answer. Thanks so much ❤❤❤. I think the position you place your arms are equally important because you need to get the fluid out of your arms. Thankssss...... Hugs 🤗🤗🤗

thank you for a very informative video my question is if you have lymphedema in one as a result of an infection from chemotherapy do you have to wear a compression sleeve when doing arm exercises and can you do slow dance movements?
Hey I’m dealing with so much swelling in my arms and I can actually feel the fluid traveling from my arms through out my body this exercise is pretty good but it’s painful for me I’m in so much discomfort. I can feel it all over it’s overwhelming. Plus I’ve gained so much weight in my stomach area I feel so sick 😷
my wife had breast cancer and had to remove 23 lymph nodes from her Arm pit and is suffering from it tremendously. where her left arm swells and hardens this should help right
Good information. Looking forward to the next video with the legs. I am a cancer patient. Some of my lymph nodes were removed during surgery. Now I have swelling in my lower legs and ankles. I try to get them up when I am home at night and weekends. But by the end of the day after work they are very swollen. Also I am having trouble finding socks that fit my big feet and my swollen ankles. Any suggestions? I have tried the diabetic socks but they still leave marks and get too tight.
After a recent hospital stay, I developed superficial blood clots that have resulted in the swelling of both arms between my bicep and finger knuckles. I try to keep my left arm elevated and over ice packs, but the swelling and heat remain. Could these 3 exercises help elevated my condition. I can not use blood thinners, and was sent home to use lovenex injections. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated
I have some weird swelling it’s like a tube growing under my skin near my elbow and it’s grown past my elbow as well I have no idea what it is it doesn’t hurt but I want it to stop growing any ideas
Ok, so I had a auxilary lymph node Biopsy on November 21, 2019. I developed a seroma 5 days later and was prescribed bactrim as a precautionary. I believe it wasn't due to infection because 2 weeks later I had it aspirated, 90ccs of clear lymph (fluid) was extracted and that felt great. Within 3 days 65 percent or so of the swelling returned. The seroma was putting pressure on a nerve or something because my arm started to feel tight and tingling. Per my surgeon I may have developed the seroma because I am a little heavy set and there is extra spacing in cavity where they took the lymph node from. He said when the patient is slimmer seromas are rare. He recommended a drain but I haven't got one put in due to not getting a clear answer on what charges I'd be looking at. (My deductible is back at 2600 due to it now being a new year) I don't know what to do I can't straighten my arm out without feeling some slight pain and discomfort. There is a little more pain and tightness feeling when I try to straighten my arm and tilt my wrist back. My forearm looks a little fatter as does the corner part of my lower bicep. It's also sore! I feel like the trapped lymph fluid is moving around my arm. I get a little pitied edema in my forearm area. I haven't went back to my Surgeon since the end of December but when I was last there he said the soreness was from inflammation due to me not moving my arm as normal. "I was like really, what a croc of shit!" Please anyone with knowledge of these kind of issues (Preferably Doctors)help me out in letting me know what I should do.
Hi Rob, it's been 2 months since you wrote that but I've been through some of the same (seroma) and I'd like to correspond with you. I wonder how you're doing now.
@cajimani2008 Sorry I hadn't seem your comment and with Covid and alot of other things going on in my life I hadn't been TH-cam other than to watch videos. Well after a few months the seroma started getting smaller and smaller until it finally went away. It almost wanted to start pooling again but with some rest it went down again and thankfully hasn't returned. When I start working out Consistently I start to feel a little swelling in my tricep area but very mild. It does go back to normal after a day or two of no working out with weights. Hopefully in time it will go away completely.
Thank you so much.. I have always struggled with larger upper arms, then after my dx with b/c in my right breast and removal if lymph nodes, it seems to be a major problem.. I do have a sleeve but I only use it if I travel on a plane..
One question out to our knowledgable pt: I've used to tell my clients to place their arm on a book shelf while in a seated position, kind of 110°flexion, the thought behinde it was that the drainage would benifit of it while the patient could squeez their fingers / fist. (Hand, Ellbow, Shoulder in one line) Alternativly the client could apply mechanic pressure on the arm to increase the lymphatic vessle motoric. This was a exercise taught to me on a cource, however now reflecting the stagnating style makes me question if this is even beneficial. Would you please share your thoughts on that with me ? Thanks in advance!
***** Makes sense, like you said: If the posture is good and the clavicle lymph nodes remain allingened that gravity can do its just as well. My thanks.
Hey, I recommend you to Doctor iyhere on TH-cam. He can cure you from Edema with his herbal medication. He cured me too and my swollen legs went back to normal

I can still remember how my friend suffered from Edema with all the abnormal swollen body but he is Lucky that he listened to me when I recommended Dr Madida on TH-cam to him, Dr Madida got him cured with his treatment. My friend is completely fine now✅.
The exercices are good but the explanations in the beginning are the worst ever... arm lymph doesn't go into your stomach; it goes to your lymphatic terminus, right behind your collarbones. There is no lymph in your veins; lymph has its own vessels. the deep breathing is to stimulate the thoracic duct by the movement of the diaphragm (nothing to do with pressure). but like I said, the exercices are good.
Hey guys, couldn't help noticing both of you left your shoes on in the demonstration and on the treatment table..... maybe considering we all walk in off the street where theres old food, dogs, cats, birds and rats dribbling urine , plus human spittle and worse; gross :-(. I suggest its better practice and showing good example to always remove shoes.......
