My god, Kate is an amazing musician.
I'm still in the 80s
Thank you so much for sharing all these old B-52’s concert clips. I never get tired of seeing these folks perform and wish I would have had a chance when they were still touring.
Our pleasure!
The 80s without The B-52 's would have been boring.
Just Magical - The 80's were the best years for real music - how many bands now come and disappear - the B-52 are a Ledgend
Why does Fred's dancing make me so happy?
I suspect it's because you're easily pleased
@@murrayalex4843yeah. Totally necessary and un-fun comment on a thread about the most fun band ever. I'm sure you kill it at parties.
So good!!! 🖤🖤🖤
The future was the 80s 🎉
Brilliant. Thanks for these songs.
Ace ! Thanks for uploading this concert series. Terrific !
this is fugn wild ...... love it !!
thanks for the video
Thankyou for upload
The Foo Fighters did an awesome live cover with Fred Schneider on a CD single!
♡
They always came across as a bit of a joke, but they are so damned tight live
Music should be in an old Spider-Man cartoon ...
For got all about them . And still , they were one of very few bands who could get me dancin'. But studio versions in the dancing sounded better .More robotic. So there really was music in the 80's. Kid Creole , the Cramps . It just all sounded a bit the same . No guitars , lots of computerized instruments. Even bands like LloydCole or Gino's Vanelli suffered fr9m that lack of warmth. Was all about style , not emotions .
or so you personally felt
This sucks soooooo bad but is hella fun too.
Horn section terrible idea.
No way! Did you ever listen to the first two original albums? This may not be the perfect tune for them, but for other songs, they couldn’t do without them.
@@michaeleck the first 2 albums and the Byrne ep. No horns
@@briansmith2163 Sorry, I was thinking of "Big Bird" on Whammy! Just wondering, are you referring to the first two albums as "The B-52's" and "Wild Planet"? I'm not familiar with the Byrne EP, so I have FOMO.
. The David Byrne produced EP is called Mesopotamia and was the 3rd recording by the band. I bought each of the first 3 recordings as they came out.
@@briansmith2163 Ah yeah! I have that one, too. I didn't recognize it as the Bryne EP. Thanks for that and confirming I haven't missed anything from The B-52's! 😀
Horns??? Ugh....
