I'm not an athlete, but I purchased correct toes and would like to get serious about strengthening my feet and arches. I have worked on my feet for 40+ years and was prescribed an orthotic after a partial tear of my peroneal tendon just behind my ankle. That was several years ago, and I'd like to get away from the orthotics. Do you have any recommendations on the best way to transition? I just ordered Altras to wear at work and would like to go about this the best way for a good outcome.

Do you think Merrell Wrapt is a good shoe for Correct Toes, and for allowing a natural foot position?
