I have Hallux limits and taylor's bunions in both feet. Started in around 2006, which I now realise was from wearing Converse around that time.
I've been wearing Vivos for everything, and CorrectToes since 2014. I run around 30miles a week, and am on my feet all day at work.
At home, I wear Correct Toes inside trainer socks. Would I be better to go completely barefoot. at home?

yeah man if you've been in correct toes a while, going completely barefoot as much as is reasonable is the ideal.

How long can I wear these . May I wear these at night sleeping? How many hours per day?

Correct toes are designed to be worn all day weather that is walking, running, at work, as there are foot-shaped shoe options available to promote all day use. We typically tell people to start slow by wearing for 30 minutes a day and increasing by increments of 30 minutes until you are comfortable and use to wearing them all day.

What about 1-2 hours of wearing Olympic weightlifting shoes? Is it gonna affect the progress

1-2 hours isn't a complete negative, however, weightlifting is a great activity to utilize the entire foot(in its natural alignment). If possibly we recommend finding a shoe that allows for natural alignment, it will help with foot strength, stability, and overall lifting.
