Thanks for having the courage to highlight these bad socio-cultural and environmental behaviors. It's too stressful doing anything in Ghana, and that's why I respect people like you who go all out to do the right thing. Your righteous indignation was well articulated.

You are doing the right thing by exposing these people. It's sad, but we have unscrupulous people in every country, but in many countries there are better laws in place to protect the buyers.

This is so sad.i empathize with your friend . I can also hear how appalled you are with how humans can treat their fellow brothers and sisters .I have also purchased plots from an estate company that included digging fees in there contract, my belief is that these fees would be paid out to settle land guard issues..I will ask the relevant persons if its a fact. I am praying that this experience you're sharing will never be my faith..I've also witnessed sand removal on some plots when I went to view my plots of land In April of this year. When i visited Ghana. Thanks for sharing and making us aware..God bless .

I have a similar story. Before I began the process 2 years ago, I did my due diligence with all the research and proper channels. Still have issues with my land. The first plot I acquired later found out it was a shrine land so they had to give me another plot. Still having issues now with the second one

Brother, I'm subscribed to your Channel. My DNA on my mom's side, says I'm 100% Akan.
I would like a spacious 1 bedroom house, solar panel, on a 100x70 plot of land in Kumasi.
This would be in the future though. I don't have the money as of yet.

You have made me stop and think seriously about buying in Ghana, Our race unfortunately will not progress because of our crab mentality, These estate agents would not considered doing this to the Chinese, Indian and the Serrian only to their own Blackman who has to work hard slave do without trying to improve themselves and to leave something for their children who suffered as children themselves growing up. When you look at Ghana the white man owns several businesses have highly qualified young people working long hours for peanuts and no one rob or cheats them (Please note I am not saying this should happens) but when the black man/woman try to build something very often they pay them more, this is then used against them. I have been in Ghana and I see so much of it down to the cho cho drivers The taxi drivers and in restaurants, and even some of our so called diaspora they Charge US dollars going into US banks, The whole thing is a sham my friends.I could go on and on but I am on holiday and would to enjoy some of my trip.
