Tip for the exploding pen: you can hand it to someone and tell them its an E-dagger. Did this once to a mime as clown and 5 minutes later the mime's corpse was found in a hallway next to a ninja's corpse. Appearently the mime wanted to use their "e-dagger" to defend themselves against the ninja lmao
The syndicate bomb is really good for whenever you need to steal an item out of a Head's locker. just place it somewhere within radius, which should be easy to do and when it goes off it will destroy half the department including the locker that you need to loot. Also it is just a great tool for ending the round when you have completed all your objectives and you want EVAC to come as soon as possible.
i think the greatest asset of the exploding pen is that it is effectively a sticky bomb. if your target is running from something, like a slime, you can click it and stick it and the combination of the previous damage and the explosion will likely put them into critical condition, regardless of armor.
Syndicate bomb, the big bomb. Disarming it is mostly luck, you're trying to find the 2 power wires or the bolt wire before hitting 2 of the 3 boom wires. The bolt wire is unique as it doesn't disarm the bomb, but it does allow you to move the bomb away from the station, making the bomb "safer". Also way to pulse the boom wires consistently.
I'm like 99% lizards don't have heat resist anymore, they will take the same damage. Only moths and dionas will take more. Also syndie bombs only have like a 40% chance of being disarmed.
You didn't mention this in the video, but the Syndicate Bomb is stronger than stated in the video if you build a plan around it. You can make it nearly instant and impossible to defuse, if you EMAG a borg and force them to open it up and pulse every wire in order until it detonates, making the timer effectively ~10 seconds. Even faster if the borg arms it for you, and you're miles away. Then it can detonate in seconds!
I've never watched you before. Your video titles are misleading and what you said in the first 30 seconds about "syndicate explosives" is wrong because "Nuclear Operatives" ARE a sub-class of "Syndicate Agent". Nuke Ops arent Traitors, but they are Syndicate.

I disagree that its a tool for stealing things out of lockers, any head will figure 'timer can't be too far along' and evacuate their locker with them

I think if you want the Grenade penguin to explode on its own you need to trigger it before you release it.

also, IIRC lilten tested all the bombs gibbing potential, and the minibomb was the most consistent to gib BY far.

Syndie bomb tip for engineers: you can unanchor it by using your RCD underneath it and then using wirecutters, after which you can drag it in to space
